Reasons Behind The Poor Relationship Among Students and Teachers!

Most of the time the relationship among student and teacher click when the time teacher steps into the classroom, but often times, many students take time to develop their relationship with their teachers. And to the greatest surprise, many times, the relationship among student and teacher continues to grow long-lasting issues. And this might result in breaking the bond among both of them. In fact, it is the part of teacher’s role, while dealing with their students to develop a good educator or mentor skills to practice a great judgement.

Insensitivity to the needs of student

As a teacher, lacking the awareness about  every student in the class leads to the poor relationship among teacher and students. Good schools in Jaipur have stated that not every student takes equal time to respond to a lesson. Teacher needs to look after the requirement of the students, since some of the students also needs personalised attention, more than others.

For instance, many times, teacher believes that if a student is not taking part in volunteer activity is disengaged, but in actual, the student could be a great visual learner. Personality, thought process as well as family background also influence how the student learn. Teachers need  to know which student requires to have one-to-one lesson and personalised attention.

Teacher Bullying

When teachers bully students in the classroom, also remains the major reason which leads to poor relation among student and teacher. Unnecessarily punish the student, or using the power in a negative sense, without following the reasonable discipline procedure also leads to the rise of issues among students and teachers. In fact, studies have shown that those students who have been bullied by the teachers in the school, results in dysfunctional relationship among both of them.

Troublesome behaviour

To avoid all the glitches, teachers also needs to show some kind or respect to their students, and make them feel that they are being appreciated by the teacher and with patience and respect allows them to think that teacher value every student equivalent.

Showing excessive anger to the student with lots of irritation mostly leads to unhealthy relationship between the teacher and students.
